Competition Date: Sunday, 8 March

1. Promoter

The Promoter is Healthia Limited Australia (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

2.1 Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years and over who attend the Healthia Recovery
Zone at the Mater Foundation’s International Women’s Day Fun Run on Sunday 8 March.
2.2 Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are eligible to enter;
however, the competition is intended for event attendees only.
2.3 By entering the competition, entrants acknowledge and agree to these Terms &
Conditions.

3. Competition Period

3.1 Entries open on Sunday 8 March at the commencement of the event.
3.2 Entries close on Sunday 8 March at the conclusion of the event.
3.3 Late entries will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

4.1 Attendees must scan the QR Code at the Healthia Recovery Zone and submit an entry
using the provided Microsoft Form.
4.2 One (1) entry per person.
4.3 Entries that are incomplete, incorrect, or unable to be properly submitted due to
technical errors may be deemed invalid.

5. Prize Details

There are two (2) components to the prize pack:

• 1 × $250 Saucony Footwear Voucher, redeemable through Healthia Australia
  Limited.
  
• 1 × $250 Allsports Physiotherapy Recovery Pack. (includes resistance pack,
  vibrating ball, chill towel, roller, heat pack) will be delivered to the winner by
  Healthia Australia Limited.

Total prize value: $500.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.

6. Draw Details

6.1 The winner will be selected by random draw.
6.2 The draw will take place on Monday 9 March at the Healthia Limited Australia office
located in Bowen Hills, and will not be open to the public.
6.3 The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Notification

7.1 The winner will be notified via email or phone using the contact details supplied on
their entry form.
7.2 The Promoter will make up to three (3) attempts to contact the winner.
7.3 If the winner cannot be contacted after three attempts within a reasonable timeframe,
the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

8. Prize Delivery / Collection

Details for prize fulfilment will be communicated directly to the winner.
The footwear voucher may be redeemed online or at a nominated clinic location.

9. Privacy & Consent

9.1 By entering the competition, entrants provide consent for the Promoter to contact
them once via email following the competition for prize notification or relevant followup.
9.2 Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s

9.3 Entrants’ personal details will not be shared with third parties except as required to
administer the competition.

10. Marketing Consent (Optional)

If entrants opt-in (via a separate checkbox on the entry form), they may receive future
marketing communications. Opt‑in is not a condition of entry.

11. General Conditions

11.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any
entrant who tampers with the entry process.
11.2 If the competition is interfered with in any way, the Promoter reserves the right to
modify, suspend, or cancel the competition.
11.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any
loss, damage, or injury suffered by entrants or the winner in connection with this
competition or the prize
