Healthia is built on a passionate and proud history of clinic ownership. Career progression to clinic partnership is a noteworthy milestone that reflects both professional achievement and peer recognition.
The clinic partnership model is also known as the Clinic Class Shareholder (CCS) Program. The CCS program allows clinic partners to continue to provide expert clinical care to their patients and local communities and take the notable step into business ownership. This significant career progression provides an opportunity to upskill business and leadership acumen with the support of the larger Healthia community.

Healthia History
Allsports started operation, opening their first clinic at Jindalee in Queensland, Australia.
Back In Motion commenced operations at Wantirna South in Victoria, Australia.
Balance Podiatry commenced operations with one clinic located in Mackay, Queensland.
My FootDr. commenced operations with one clinic in Bulimba, Queensland.
The Optical Co commenced operations with one store at St Ives in New South Wales, Australia.
iOrthotics commenced operations in Mackay, Queensland.
My FootDr. group grew to 12 podiatry clinics. Glen Richards and Wes Coote join with the founders to grow the business.
The Extend Rehabilitation Clinics founded in Brisbane, Queensland in 2002 by Mary Mitchell (Physiotherapist), Wilma Walsh and Marguerite Copley (Occupational Therapists) joined Healthia.
Allsports Physiotherapy now has 14 clinincs located throughout South East Queensland.
Healthia comes together with the core group being the My FootDr. podiatry and the Allsports Physiotherapy clinics. Healthia listed on the ASX 11 September, 2018 with 104 businesses.
In December 2020 Healthia aquires 42 Tthe Optical Co stores and AED, expanding its services to optical and audiology.
In November 2021 Healthia entered into an agreement to acquire 63 Back In Motion clinics. This mow makes Healthia the largest provider of physiotherapy services in Australia.
Audiology services launced at The Optical Co inside an existing Healthia owned optometry clinic in Geelong.
In February 2022 Healthia hits 300 clinics.
Healthia delisted from the ASX on 11 December 2023 and become a private unlisted company.
