“The senior management team of Healthia are very aware of the need for teamwork, so much so, we wanted to challenge ourselves as a team outside the office,” said Mr Coote.
“As long term charity partners at the Brisbane Oxfam event, we were inspired to sign up two teams of four to the Brisbane Oxfam 100km walk. This required all 8 team members to be committed to working towards a common goal, and that was to finish together”.
In addition to the two My FootDr & Allsports Physiotherapy teams participation, both groups volunteered podiatrists and physiotherapists at Checkpoint’s 3 and 6 to help patch the walking wounded during the event.
